Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the LexPrep SQE1 revision and practice platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About LexPrep

LexPrep is an online SQE1 preparation platform providing practice questions, revision notes, spaced repetition tools, and analytics to assist candidates preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination Part 1 ("SQE1"). LexPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA") or Kaplan, the official SQE1 assessment provider.

  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

5. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your statutory rights (for example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
